yep Sebrights are great little birds!
Im still hatching some at the moment... they are still laying like crazy.

Great! Hope they hatch well, I am right at the end of the season here and the fertility isnt great anymore... they are exploding feathers all over the coop now lol.

I have a bunch of chicks of various ages in brooders at the moment, from 3 day olds to 6 weeks old

Thank you! I'm on day 18 with them! All 9 are looking great! Only one egg was infertile, and all the others are looking to be developing well. I'm hatching Golden Sebrights. Are you still doing mostly Silvers?

Curious- what keeps you so attentive to the Silvers?

I like the nice clean distinction between the black lacing and the silver.... I may have an aversion to "messy" colours

Gold birds seem harder to get "clean" lacing here.... and the gold color just isn't my favorite.

Im not "hating" on them at all.... its just very much a personal preference
