The one on the right cocked a brow slightly. Their methods here seemed so... foreign. He expected stricter regulations, especially from such a large community. "Well," he began, both heads thoughtfully glancing at each other for a moment before meeting Gabriel's eyes again, "Would you mind at all taking us to Camilla, then?"

"Of course not." He shrugged lightly, wondering why the one looked so surprised at his words "Follow me." Turning around towards Pelendava, Gabriel took off, his large wings sending gusts of wind behind him.

After again glancing at each other, they shrugged before spreading their enormous, leathery wings and quickly ascending into the skies after him, long, two-toned tail streaking behind them as they flew.

The city had no real gates, only a large canyon surrounding it which kept out the enemies that could not fly. Through the mist, the tall, glorious structures of Pelendava rose up from the ground. In the centre of the city, the waterfalls and river roared and the birds sang. It was almost like something you would see in a dream, the perfect paradise. Gabriel, however, being born and raised in the city didn't waste much time marveling over the sights. He flew straight to the High Guard, where he assumed Camilla would be.

Left and Right took turns gazing at the marvellous landscape, the other keeping his eyes ahead of him. "Wow," was all that they could quietly utter as they stared, wide-eyed, at the dreamlike paradise that lay before them, still untouched by man. After peeling their eyes from the lush, green paradise, they directed their awe-struck gaze to the magnificent buildings that loomed above even the grandest mountain peaks. Narrowing their wings slightly to make a brief dive, they quickly caught back up with Gabriel.

Gabriel landed lightly on the marble steps of the High Guard, he looked back over his shoulder to make sure the two-headed dragon was following, then headed up the steps and into the building. His claws clicked on the hard floor as he led through a large room with high ceilings and various pieces of decorations. Stopping suddenly, he peered down several hallways looking for Camilla, but she was not there. Then he remembered the council meeting! He turned back towards Left and Right, looking slightly uncomfortable "Uh, she's in a meeting right now. But you can wait here for her."

"Of course," Right promptly replied with a nod. Left said nothing, his usual warm, contented smile still plastered upon his face. The dragon crossed his legs and laid down, both heads yawning simultaneously. They began murmuring silently amongst themselves about the incredible sights they'd seen just moments ago.

Gabriel frowned slightly, the sight of a dragon with two heads unnerving him. It was about 20 minutes before Camilla finally emerged from the chamber where the meeting had been taken place. Her expression was distressed, and worried, but the moment she seen Gabriel, Left and Right, her face smoothed completely. "Yes, Gabriel?" She asked.

"Uh, this dragon... or dragons wish to become citizens of Pelendava." He replied, feeling his cheeks grow hot as he wasn't sure what exactly to call them.

Camilla looked over at Left and Right "I see. Thank you Gabriel, I can handle this from here." Once Gabriel had left, Camilla invited them into a smaller room "Make yourselves comfortable" She invited them.

Name: Apolena
Gender: Female
Rank: Warrior
Personality: A fiesty young warrior who doesn't put up with anything she percieves as unjust.
Other: Her light scales are covered in frosty blue feathers, and running down her back is an ivory-toned, rather spine-like substance. Long, sweeping feathers jut outwards from the base of her tail, and her powerful wings are built like a bird of prey's. Her face is one of the few sections of her body that is not draped by any feathers whatsoever, and is instead smooth and without any scales; her mouth surronded by bone with sharp fangs hanging out of either end. Apolena's head is accented with long fins, two that hang down from her boney nose and end in three forked tips, and several flowing back from her head. All four of her feet are like an eagle's talons, although her legs are like any dragon's.
City: Pelendava
