"Watch yourself, young one." He said, his voice rough with age "She'll have your tongue in a stick before you can say sorry."

Her ears layed back "Im just as a good of warrior, shes arrogant and if we were to fight, it'd be pretty fair"

 

[Gerbil]

"Oh... here and there." He replied, his voice carefully guarded. "So hows life in Pelendava?" He asked, changing the subject.


 

"Here and there? Uhuh. It's been fine." she replied blankly.

Her ears layed back "Im just as a good of warrior, shes arrogant and if we were to fight, it'd be pretty fair"

"Only because Amatis wouldn't fight back, she is too smart to stoop to your level by accepting such a pitiful challenge."

"Here and there? Uhuh. It's been fine." she replied blankly.

"I wish I could be honest with you, I do. But you know that I cannot do that anymore then you can."

"Only because Amatis wouldn't fight back, she is too smart to stoop to your level by accepting such a pitiful challenge."

She lifted her ears up "Hmm, sure she wouldnt, she'd be happy to have a chance to kill me, and I don't need advice from an elder"

He shook his head "I have known Amatis a lot longer then you have. She would never kill a fellow warrior, or learner for that matter."

Gabriel, Left, Right, Kit and Kat weren't far away, speeding over top of the forest as Gabriel pointed various things out to his companions. Kit and Kat were chattering as per usual and several times Gabriel had to tell them to be quiet so that he could carry on with his tour/lesson. As they drew closer to the strange dragon, Kit and Kat's loud, obnoxious voices could be heard, pestering Gabriel with question after question which he patiently answered.

A furrow etched on Right's forehead as he began to become flustered by Kit and Kat's constant interruption, but politely, he mentioned nothing of it. Left just smiled the whole time as he listened to the dailogue.

The dragon supressed a gasp in surprise when the silence around him was abruptly broken, breaking his fixed gaze from the setting sun that slowly dropped below the mountains, the dying light giving him an ethereal glow.

"Im not a learner, she and I have known each other long, maybe not as long as you, she hates me, maybe I should just go to Caronia, at least then I'll die on the way"

 

[HollyBird24]

"Amatis was a warrior before you were a hatchling, young one." He smiled wisely, his face wrinked and worn "She can be harsh, but look deeper before you judge her so quickly."

 

[Gerbil]

"I wish I could be honest with you, I do. But you know that I cannot do that anymore then you can."

 

She shrugged and stared at him, "True, I guess. Wish it wasn't. Are you going to come out of the shadows or not? Mutate into a fish and don't want me to see?"
