"Lovely." he replied flatly, skipping around the bones and clutter, "Well, wait ther-"

He paused when he finally reached her, "Looks like I got here before myself. A more barbaric, uncivilized version of me, but still...... Did quite the number on you, didn't he?"
Silv grinned widely for a moment, continuing around her and testing the chain. "Let me see here...."

Christina narrowed her eyes at him, but couldn't say anything, though she wanted to. Despite the fact that she was sitting in a relativly large pool of her own blood and chained to the wall of a cave occupied by the most wacked dragon she had ever met, the thought of Silv of all people rescuing her was baffling. Her poor mind, in its battered state was having trouble keeping up. "Would you just get me out of here before he gets back?" She pleaded, loostening her pull against the chains so that he could do something about them. "He's going to kill me!"

"If you do not shut your bill, I just might help him, Sprite. Unless you are trying to alert him, in that case I am not sure I what I'll do."

He gave the chain a few good tugs and sat back on his haunches, giving his claws a good lick. The chain was strong, but he might be able to wear through it with a bit of time. "Enjoy the view for a few moments, it'll be a bit before I'm through."

Does it look like I'm going anywhere? She leaned back up against the wall with a small sigh and closed her eyes for a few moments. It was going to be a long night.

Tink tink tink.

He worked at the chain diligently, snorting now and again as he thought about the situation.
"Isn't this interesting? This situation. You could be killed at any time, I could get my brains beaten in, or melted out. I have no idea why I am here..." He paused and looked at her, "Hehehe..."

He looked her over and with a sideways grimace return to clicking away at the chain.

Christina opened one eye, then the second, and lifted her head from the wall. She didn't know why Silv was asking her these questions, she certainly didn't think he was because he actually cared. But she had to admit, it was nice to have someone to talk to. Even if it was a creepy, sadistic creature like he was. "I suppose so." She said eventually. "So why are you here? Why are you risking your life to break me out?"

He chuckled again, "For one, if you are going to die, I would like the match to be even. Or by myself, of course. Secondly, isn't this just marvelous? I bet he is going to be enormously displeased, don't you?"

"Displeased." She echoed thoughtfully with a hint of amusment. "Yeah I think that just about covers it." It seemed strange, but she was actually starting to feel a bit more comfortable around him. For the first time since he had showed up, she considered the fact that maybe he wasn't just going to kill her... or continue what Artemis was doing.

It clinked again and the chain fell from the wall, " I must be part wizard." He mumbled, letting go of the end of it, "Anyways, Sprite, as much as I want to stick around, I believe I will be on my way now."

Christina looked at him in alarm. "Your leaving? Already?" The thought of actually leaving the cave, then dragging herself back to Caronia was... not great. Her wings were not injured, but she doubted she had the strenght to fly.
