Love the stick bug. They are one of my favorites. Very cool.

The color on her chest feathers is very interesting. It will be fun to see what she looks like full grown.
Ill try to get better pictures of her. She very pretty 😍 Falkor has the same red lacing on his chest. They would probably make some nice babies!

I want pure silkie, not frizzle, or satin. I have one frizzle silkie chick, that I am keeping. If she is a pullet! But I may not use her with my silkie breeding. They don't necessarily need to be show quality, maybe down the road when I put my daughter into 4H. For now, I just want a flock of fluffy nuggets running around, that I can hatch eggs from in the spring. 😁 Typically I usually only hatch with a broody, to replace casualties in my flock. I had my share this year, because I free range my flock during the day.
My silkie love to be broody so you would hatch lots of eggs by broody from a silkie.

I love my broody hens! Well aside from one. Trouble, my seabright that went broody, was a horrible mother. Decapitated her babies as they hatched. My Itty bird (porcelain D'uccle), Rori and Ruby was a great mothers. I look forward to the broody fluffs next year! But! I also bought an incubator this fall, so.... Babies on demand! 🤣🤗
