Better! Had my first visit with my doctor last week. He is really nice and not pushy at all! He did an ultrasound and says everything looks great. I didn't take my BP meds because my stress level has gone down significantly and I wanted an accurate reading (well, as accurate as you can get visiting a new doctor anyway)! It was 132/84 and he is fine with that. He told me to take the meds if I feel I need to.

I am 13 1/2 weeks now.

yeah! great to hear. Only 2 more semesters to go! I hate taking meds- I avoid them if at all possible, I was on BP meds for a couple of years and during that time I felt worse than without the meds. I don't take them anymore... after my gluten and corn allergy was found out and I stayed away from them I don't have any issues anymore for the most part.

So glad I have no food allergies...I think God knew I couldn't handle any more complication than "normal" He didn't even give me hair on my legs to shave.

Man I just got the worst hebegebies over your snake stories. Still getting the willies. I HATE snakes. Thankfully I've never seen one on our farm. We have tons of rodents, but never seen a snake. Man I'm creeped out!

Can you tell I don't like snakes?

I hate taking meds too-they make me gag! If they are small with a smooth coating, it doesn't bother me too much, but bigger pills I can barely choke down.

I'll protect you. Snakes and spiders don't bother me. Mice and rats I am NOT fond of. I have a couple of good mousers that keep all those things away. I really miss my Westie for the mole prevention. I hadn't had a mole or gopher in 6 years until this spring after he was killed by a car last fall. I really miss that dog. Most personality I have ever had in an animal.
