I made PVC roosts for my Littles.... Use a corner connector which has three openengs.... Two I used to make leggs and the remaining one for the cross piece. Uh Oh here comes a sketch.... Just cut and fit no gluing needed. So you can use the parts elsewhere later if needed. deb

Sort of. I have a "condition" called POTS. It means I'm in bed most of the time, because when I'm upright I don't function well and make myself ill. It's a long story, and I've found that trying to tell it tends to invite a lot of "helpful" comments that read to me like, "get over it." Even simple things like brushing my teeth are a really big deal. 

All my sympathies for this. I know what a tough road that is. I sleep sitting up. And I guess they also suggest drinking gallons and gallons of water every day!

I guess Motel Chix has been upgraded to a 4 Star hangout with the addition of the dust bath and room service providing cut up squash! The chickens seem very happy.

Thanks everyone for the helpful information. I would like to use natural branches for the perches and was trying to figure someway to hang them. We are making the pvc feeders since I feed FF. They will hold up and be easier to clean. Heading for bed. Tomorrow will be another tough day of fencing We need to go to town for a stock tank too. Still can't get to hubby's computer for the pics. He is using it.

Oh MY Gawd!!!

I was just sitting here reading emails surfin the web.... just ate dinner so felt the need for a toothpick... So I had a chopsick sitting here and absently started fishing thinking I might dislodge it from a front tooth... Chop stick felt a little more pointie than it should..... tasted funny too. Looked down and it was a PENCIL.... Thank god it wasnt a ball point pen....

off to go look in the mirror....

HAA! Deb, that's funny! One time I was reading and my leg started itching so I used the end of an ink pen to scratch my leg. I looked down and had a big ink spot on my pants. Oooops! LOL
