Hey guys.... My computer is being a T.U.R.D. and threatening to do the blue screen of death. I may disappear for a while if it does. Just a fore warning. I been nursing it since December.... Its Eight years old and had one video card replacement already.

If I have to get a new one I will be building one hopefully one with the capacity for me to work out of the house.

Sometimes it locks up so bad I have to do a Reboot by holding in on the power switch....

Deb, mine was doing that exact thing and it's 7 yrs old. I know this sounds a bit too simple but I went to MyCleanPc online and had them to do a clean up and a fix, then I subscribed to their service. It fixed me right up and it continues to do so. The guy told me that my hardware was wearing out and soon I'd have to get a new hard drive but that blue screen, freezing, having to continually reboot with the power switch, etc. have been fixed for now. It was cheaper than buying a new hard drive and I'm kind of attached to my old thing....they even have 10 gigs of space online where you can store things if you have to eventually get a new pc and need to switch all your data over.
