Okay here's me experimenting. If the photo works this is Vanessa, I always thought she was a buff Orpington but she doesn't look at all like others i see on this site. Chicks aren't a clue because I tucked the neighbour's eggs under her: light Sussex and Rhode Island Red ROOSTERS it turned out, just my luck!

One of my RSLs is developing a very dark cape and the other is getting a lot of black in her tail...

That is so adorable! What's the lump on the second chick's stomach, though? Sorry but I've never hatched chicks...

I've been driving myself crazy(er) trying to research grain/feed storage options for someone who goes through as much feed as I do (more than someone with 3 chickens, way way less than someone with 300,000 chickens).

I came across a product today ... a "bear tight" garbage can from Home Depot. The video made me giggle, so I looked it up on YouTube.

OMG that ear was soo causal about the whole thing.... working it out... trying different angles... So Humanlike... excpt when he flipped it over and you could see FOUR inch claws on those paws.... goosbumps.

no wonder they can peel a car apart to get at some crackers. Hats off to the designers of that can
