Good morning Bee. It sounds like you had a really nice and productive day with your boys. Now could you send them my way?

I used to loan my boys out all the time to various and sundry folks...I was too poor to help in other ways and so I just gave of what I had. Finally, when they reached 18 they said, "Mom, you just can't agree to loan us out anymore without asking us. It's not fair!"....and I had to concede the point.

But here's a secret....they will often work for food!

I saw the perfect card for myself the other day...the pic on the front was a Blue Heeler dog and he looked so much like Jake in his expression that it was uncanny. The front of the card said, "You look good for your age...." and the inside said, ".....you must get to sleep indoors!"

It is stunningly beautiful here today...windy, sunny, sometimes cloudy and little rain showers pop up, then back to blue sky, sunny, windy....it's a perfect spring day! This has been the best birthday I can ever remember....but then, my memory is getting a little dusty.

Three boys, now 28, 24, 22. I think they are still deciding what they want for their lives, though I hope they choose to just be men of God~ everything else after that doesn't mean much unless it's for His purposes. They are wonderful boys and they just bubble with joy, which marks them wherever they go. They stand out. Sometimes that's good and sometimes folks like to hammer the nail head that sticks out, ya know? We love each other greatly and have had a wonderful life together...truly a gift from God, they are.

Hi BC... Yes, I had a BA roo that suffered some frostbite but he came out of it really well. Bee suggested I try putting some CO on his comb after the frostbite and so I slathered it on there 3 or 4 times and he didn't lose hardly anything from his comb. He lost the very tips on two of his points but not even enough to notice.
