The Genetics of Silver Laced - Question!

A very specific question:

When mated with a silver-laced bird, which of the following varieties would be most likely to turn out silver-laced offspring at some point down the road? Perhaps not in the first generation but maybe in subsequent generations?

1. White
2. Black
3. Columbian
4. Silver
5. Golden
6. Wild-type BBR
7. Wheaton-type BBR
8. Blue
9. Buff
10. Other?

Does anyone happen to have any random knowledge or useful facts about the genetics of the silver laced variety?

Most probably silver columbian.
What do you mean by silver & golden? there aren't usually all silver birds the terms usually refer to silver or gold patterned or zoned birds.

By "silver" and "golden" I mean wild-colored birds with "duck's wing" patterns (such as the bird in my profile pic), but also with streaking in the hackles and saddles.

Guess: you are trying to make a blue egg laying silver laced wyandotte and those are the colors of Araucana that you have to work with?

Or you want silver laced araucanas?

Black tailed Silver Laced as in Wyandottes are eb/eb Pg/Pg Ml/Ml Co/Co if mated to other eb based Columbians eb/eb Co/Co (Wyandottes,Rocks,Brahma) they will produce poorly marked Silver Laced eb/eb Pg/pg+ Co/co+ Ml/ml+ in the first generation. Do not use Wheaten based Columbians such as Light Sussex.
Laced tailed Silver Laced as in Polish or Sebright are Birchen based , ER/ER Pg/Pg Ml/Ml Co/Co, off hand I can't think of any Birchen based Columbian pattern birds.

I would use black or blue. Are your columbians good columbians or what? If so I would use them too.

But the males would show some lacing and with a back cross to the laced parent it would give mostly laced offspring.
