You need more hens the same age and maybe a few more roos to manage your flock. I have 33 and get 3-6 eggs a day, but not all have started laying yet, 1 is a chick, and 7 are roos. oh yeamake that 34 one just hatched.

Nahh, I love my girls. Don't want any roosters, trying to give them away now.
