The Great Ketchup or Catsup debate

We pronuce it "ketchup" and we go threw a can every 3-4 weeks.. I just pour it into old ketchup bottles..

We use it as a base for alot of homemade sauces or marinades.. And of course the kids are attics!!

I heard that it's made of all the "nasty" tomatoes that arn't good enough to be made into "stewed" or "Crushed" canned tomatoes. Kinda like the "hot dogs" of the tomato world. Vinegar in it kills the nasties though
