I got eighteen eggs from Lucinda and only 3 hatched due to a humidity problem. Had 12 make it to day 20. One drowned before I remembered to put marbles in the waterer. So I was left with 2 that cost me $$$$$. But they are gorgeous! I'll try to post pics later. I am trying again with 8 more I got from her, but these went under my faithful broody silkie. No more worries about humidity at those prices! Candled yesterday on day 7 and have 7 that are looking good so far. Left the other in there for a couple more days just to see if it develops. Good luck with your hatch. I hope I get a frizzle out of these new ones. My other ones are both smooth.

with my frizzle polish i just hatched out i have 5 out of 7 frizzle i thought that was great odds when they say 50/50 frizzle smooth.

I think one of my Polish just went broody a couple days ago. She's making me want to scream "Why didn't you go broody 3 weeks ago?!!!!"

I've NEVER had a broody, and of all my girls I think my Polish is. She's been sitting on a nest for a couple days now and I have yet to see her get up.

It's not from a Tolbunt, though - But from one of my Polish croses. But at least this marks the beginning. Today is day 20, so expect some BABIES TOMORROW!!
