I make these for the MAC submachine gun community. SMGVegas (Tom) passed away a few years back. He was an invaluable source of info in the MG world. He came up with these tabs. They are brazed to the back of a Sten magazine to allow it to be used in place of a single feed Suomi magazine for Suomis and Lage Max31 uppers. Sten mags are basically garbage but they are cheap. Suomi drums and coffin mags are not.

Designed and machined a reweld jig for a UK-59. The UK is pretty rare. Czech belt fed in 7.62x54r. A wild experience to shoot. I also designed and machined the semi auto conversion. Almost broke a window with one of the bold locking wings when I launched it out of a surface grinder when grinding it in for headspace. Oops!

Then I welded the thing together after the denials.

Runs pretty good. Its a handful. Burned the living daylights out of myself at one point on the gas block.

Couldnt find headspace gauges for 7.62x54r so I made some.

Designed and machined a full semi auto conversion for the DPM. This is the firing pin, FP bushing and the locking block that spreads the locking wings.

Got a stamp the other day. Designed and machined an adapter for the VZ61 to put an original stock back on it. The Czechpoint receiver doesn't have the dovetail and it doesn't support the stock properly making the stock wiggle.

Not really a fan of the bluing but I think the material is D2 which tends to be splotchy.

I couldn't afford to feed that thing if you gave it to me.

That reminds me of the story about the guy who won a Lamborghini Countach, then found out he couldn't afford to insure it. So he sold it and bought a Corvette and with what was left over he could pay the insurance on the Vette for the next 25 years.

A buddy of mine runs Soviet Stocks. He did the wood. It's a shellac he colors and finishes wood with. The AKSU was one of his first batches. The AKS is a later batch and much more vibrant.

How do you like the WPB? I have no experience with WPB. I found the KNS under gassed my AKSU.
I've had no complaints with it over ~2k rounds. With a suppressor it was severely over gassed to the point that it would flick its safety on under recoil. Felt about like a bolt action 30-06. The KnS completely solved the problem and drastically reduced the amount of port pop. WBP uses FB produced barrels so it's relatively accurate for a short barreled AK. It'll comfortably make hits on a silhouette out to 200 yards.

Thankfully that one is title 1. Runs an AR FCG. It is a beautiful thing though. It bumpfires like a beast! Currently it has a 308 barrel in it since I don't have 8mm gauges to do headspace with.

I have a transferrable with a giggle switch and man it can get expensive to feed! I really enjoy handing people a mag and a transferrable and seeing the giant grin after shooting it. I have never seen someone not be smiling after a mag dump from a suppressed machine gun. It's just not a thing.

Yikes! That bottoming the bolt out HARD on the rear! Wow!!

I dropped a KNS in my AKSU, it is now under gassed but with such a tiny barrel and zero dwell time it is understandable. With a can it is 100%. Without the can it's barely on the edge.
