The Haunted Forest RPG

Anathaide opens her mouth and stumbles back, falling against the wall. She's in complete shock, clutching her stomach with her hands and staring wide eyed at Revan. She stifles a cry and whimpers quietly to herself. How could she let this happen? They were relying on her. Blood begins trickling down her legs.

Ezria's head is spinning. His eyes falling open and shut, voices swirling around in colourful messes. What's real and what's not is not so obvious anymore. He groans and leans his head back against the wall. His senses are going into overdrive, so many new smells and sounds.

Revan slashed at her face next.

Ana covers her face with her hands and sinks down onto the floor. She hears the other knights entering the room and her eyes begin to fill with tears.
"Please.." She sobs, sucking the blood from the gash on her lip.

"That's all I wanted to hear." Revan says. He grabs her by the face, burning her all the while. He takes her upstairs to an alleyway, where he throws her against a brick wall.

Ana cries in pain and begs him to let her go as he carries her to the side door and throws her out. She hits the wall hard and falls onto the rough ground, landing in a pool of muddy water running down from the houses. The grey clouds rumble and groan mournfully above her, showering her in water to wash away her tears. She rolls onto her side and digs her nails into the skin on her stomach, drowning in her naïveté and self pity. She opens her eyes one last time to see Revan storming back inside, slamming the door shut behind him, Reluctantly accepting the clouds sorrowful invitation to join them in the sky.
