I don't know that paint would do much but weaving some reflective material in places would likely work. It wouldn't need to be everywhere, just enough that it is obvious there is something horizontal there. Hawks have very good eyesight. I SUSPECT if they see the reflective stuff they will give the whole area a more careful look.
Crow won't keep sharp shinned away they kill them too. See if you can secure some bird netting up to keep the girls safe.

They're re already in place and crows had to pass 2 owls to go down the side of the yard and go into the coop. Maybe they need what mine don't have....flashy lights noise and flappiflappiing wing also add motion sensors with I.A. to detect and only activate on predators with a built in arsenal of repellants
