I am very excited to share my shed/coop conversion -- I sectioned off nearly half the shed for the coop, and the rest will get some actual built-in storage eventually for all the animal and garden items.

I have never built something this big, I did most of our last coop after my husband did the frame, but it was a definite learning experience and though the design was good, the execution not as amazing lol. The Hen House is definitely well built, and should hold up a long time - I am honestly surprised and proud of myself (and glad to be finished!)

We will be putting power and water lines to it eventually (yay for automatic waterers!, but it's just across the driveway from the house so a hose and an extension cord work fine for now :)

The girls are free ranged during the day, so the coop and run are just their sleeping quarters, though they apparently don't want to sleep on the roosts like they are supposed to lol!

I like your nesting drawers. Do they slide out?
They don't - I had thought about it but didn't want to add another level of difficulty to making them, as I was a little impatient! If they work out without dividers, I might take the fronts off and make some sort of tray to slide out if I feel like I need it
