The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

(He should still have the sword Kipp gave him.)

Chion shoved a large floppy fern out of her face as she plowed through the small plants. Jumping back a step as her eyes crossed spotting the sharp point in her face. She was shocked to find Fred at the other end of it, looking like a half drowned monkey.
"Fred?" She said his name, though it only came out as a harsh yip. "Ashira! I found them!" She yelled, forgetting the argument they'd just had.
“You did?” she called back, hope filling her. She raced across to where the others were. “You’re alright!” Her face flushed hot for a moment as she remember no one spoke Portsmoth. “Y-You’re al-alright,” she said happily, speaking English pretty rustily.

“Chion?! Kipp wake up! Kipp I found Chion” Fred cried overjoyed

Chion's ear flicked up at her name, relieved he recognized her that quickly. She wasn't sure she'd have recognized a specific Tregdar in the middle of the night. But she was glad he wasn't going to attack her.

"I wouldn't have said I did, if I didn't." She muttered shooting her an annoyed glance.

----

Kipp groaned at his name being called, a shudder running through him. The first thing he was fully aware of was that he was freezing cold, followed shortly by the realization that he was also completely soaked.

"What?" He asked groggily, disoriented waking up not in his bed. He lifted his head up off the sand wincing at the intense pain that the cold had been numbing, reality quickly returning to his memory. Kipp sighed and set his head back on the ground, not ready to push past his injuries to get to his feet. "What happened?"

“I don’t know. I’m sorry,” Ashira said, looking at how wet he was. “I only just got here.”

“Chion found us!”

“Chion found us!”
A small smile of relief crossed his face, he'd been worried they'd never see Chion or the other kids again.
“I don’t know. I’m sorry,” Ashira said, looking at how wet he was. “I only just got here.”
Kipp furrowed a brow, his eyes refocusing to something in the distance as he turned his attention to what he was hearing. Ashira's voice? A knot twisted in his stomach was she really there, or was he just wishing it was her? He shakily push himself up off the ground to sit on his knees.
"You're alive?" He asked staring up at her with wide eyes. You're actually ok?

Fred ran over to check on Chion and make sure she wasn’t injured

Chion eyed him confused, she wasn't used to having people checking her over. And certainly not as a weird looking badger-horse-mole thing. She tried to smile uncomfortably, but with her current face it was impossible to tell what her bared teeth meant.

She nodded, smiling slightly. “I got some other people out, too.” She pulled the little piece of marble out of her pocket and held it out. “Here. It helped. Thank you.” She looked up. “Are you okay?”

Fred jumped back, he had been chased by a really angry horse at his uncles farm and it had barred its teeth. “Sorry Chion I was only making sure you weren’t hurt” Fred knew explaining was pointless as Chion couldn’t understand him but he thought it was necessary to explain

Before he had a chance to ask about Take she held offered the marble back to him. His throat instantly tightened, at the sight of it. Memories of his childhood friends death rushing back to him. Kipp forced a smile pushing aside his confusing emotions. She's fine. Nothing bad is going to happen. She's back.
"Y-yeah. I'm fine." He said standing. "Is Take- did you find him?" He asked taking the marble back from her and slipping it in to his own pocket.
