The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Fred jumped back, he had been chased by a really angry horse at his uncles farm and it had barred its teeth. “Sorry Chion I was only making sure you weren’t hurt” Fred knew explaining was pointless as Chion couldn’t understand him but he thought it was necessary to explain
Chion started at his reaction, her ears twitching as he spoke. She could tell he hadn't intended to make her uncomfortable from the tone in his voice and she felt bad for scaring him. She hadn't thought she looked that intimidating, but apparently it was bad. She swung her head to the side and turned looking between Fred and the direction she wanted to go, to lead them back to the cave with everyone else.

Before he had a chance to ask about Take she held offered the marble back to him. His throat instantly tightened, at the sight of it. Memories of his childhood friends death rushing back to him. Kipp forced a smile pushing aside his confusing emotions. She's fine. Nothing bad is going to happen. She's back.
"Y-yeah. I'm fine." He said standing. "Is Take- did you find him?" He asked taking the marble back from her and slipping it in to his own pocket.
“Yeah. He and Blair are both okay. They’re in a cave with the others we all got separated from earlier. Listen, are you sure you’re okay?”

“You want me to follow? Okay” Fred grinned

Take walked up to Blair, eyeing the red stained fabric that poked out from her hand. Out of all his abilities, he didn’t have the knack for tracking scents, which he found ridiculous. He sighed deeply, closing his eyes for a moment before glancing in the direction they came. “We should head back then... and keep going down stream.” he spoke, persistent in finding them as he turned to leave the woods. He was tired of the misfortune, Why can’t things go our way this time?
"I just need to find...they were going this way..." Blair murmured, mostly to herself, pacing the area as if she were going to miraculously find their scents. She paused, listening as far as she could. And she heard it, voices on the wind, no matter how faint. "...sure...okay?" "...follow?"
"This way," she glanced at Take, before pushing her way through the undergrowth, following the faint words.

Take peered back at her, “You got something?” he asked as she disappeared through the undergrowth, compelled to follow after her. Had he taken the time to slow down and listen as she did, he could’ve picked up the voices of the children as well.

Kipp nodded his head in a confused circle shrugging as he took in a choppy breath. He didn't know how to process how he was feeling. Take was safe. Ashira was safe. Blair... was in that place too? But they were all ok? He almost didn't dare to believe that they all made it out safely. Anxious that too many things were going right, surely something horrible was about to happen.

"I..." He wasn't, and he knew it. But he couldn't just say that. Maybe one on one, but not with everyone there. He didn't understand why Ashira kept asking when it would be obvious to her just how broken he was.

"I slept." He answered lowering his gaze as he attempted to redirect and lie. "I'm all better now. I just needed some sleep." He looked back up at her apologetically, hoping she wouldn't call him out like she had every time before. "I'm glad you're ok."

She knew exactly what was on his mind, so she didn’t say anything else. She would talk to him when they weren’t in front of the others. In an attempt to redirect the conversation, she said, “I was hoping that you might be able to teach me some English. I don’t want to get a headache every time I want to talk with you. Besides, it seems useful.”

“Huh?” Noah had fallen asleep. He blinked at Chion and Ashira. “Oh, you’re back.” Noah had never fully registered that they had gone in the first place. He yawned and fell back asleep.

"Uhh, sure." He hadn't really thought about what kind of effort she'd been putting in to communicate with them. But he also didn't really know where to begin. He spotted Chion trying to leave, and picked Noah up to carry the sleeping boy back with them. "Can you carry Emma?" He asked nodding toward her.
