The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

He looked up at her still masked face, smiling and shaking his head as if to say he wasn't tired, but the hand that darted up to rub at an eye told another story.

"I'm fine." He didn't know what to say to her, he knew he must have gotten her name at some point, but the only thing he remembered talking to her about was her mask. He'd asked her if she'd been burned by acid as a silly quote, and she pretty much had said yes. Surely there had to be something else to talk to her about. Hana. He relaxed a bit remembering what her name was. At least he had that.

"You must be pretty tired too."
Hana gave a nod in response, “Yeah.. and my feet are killing me, so I can’t wait to get some rest.” She couldn’t remember the last time she had walked this much since elementary school. Although the amount of walking she had to do never bothered her as a kid since she was almost always insanely energetic. If she still had the same energy as her six year old self, she could keep hiking like it was nothing. A small smile tugged at her lips, thinking about how happy she was back then before she was forced into Iaido.

Moments before Emma practically showed up and screamed out in terror at the sight of him and Blair completely absorbed in their make out session, Take had heard the sound of tiny foot steps and tried pulling away, but his face was yanked back into Blair’s at every attempt. His eyes snapped wide open and his entire face went red when the small girl discovered them. He crossed his arms and laughed awkwardly, “So whats up with the group?” he asked her, trying to change the subject.
"They're leaving, that's why I came to find you, but instead you two were—"
"Yes, Emma, we're aware, thank you for the reminder." Blair told her, cutting the girl off before she could make the situation any worse. She was going to ask where the girl had gotten her sass, but then she remembered it was probably from her. "Let's just go. I dont want to be left behind." She shot Take an apologetic grin and shrugged, before following after the still very disturbed Emma.

Take was quick to agree with Blair about getting moving, he didn’t want to stay too long where they were to avoid things from becoming more awkward. From the redness in his face, he was visibly embarrassed about what had happened. He followed beside Blair, thinking about how traumatized they may have left Emma.

Kipp looked at her feet at her mentioning them. She had on heavy black boots that didn't look particularly comfortable. But what did he know about foot wear. They just looked heavy and stiff. Which seemed like it wouldn't be a good thing to stick your feet into and have to drag around.

"So, uhh, what kinds of things are you interested in?" He asked forcing himself to pay attention and try to actually remember what she told him.

“Things that don’t involve other people.” Hana answered him without a second thought, her words cutting through the air harshly. After realizing what she had said most likely took him off guard, she felt the need to explain herself. “I like to carve small items as a hobby.. and they require a lot of time and patience with no distractions.” She remembered the small wooden fox she carved the first night in Borealis, and had long lost it back in the Papercutter Forest. Quietly, she opened up a little more “My grandmother was a woodworker and she taught me how to carve small animals so I’d have my own toys to play with.”

Blair kept her gaze locked in front of her, watching Emma lead them back to the group. She could only hope that the girl had enough sense not to tell the whole world what had happened and keep her mouth shut. She glanced at Take, unable to hide a slight grin at the redness coloring his cheeks.
When they reached the group, she quickly stopped staring at him, focusing her attention on the group, hoping it would keep her mind off of how painfully embarrassing it had been.

Kipp tipped his head watching her. He didn't know quite what to make of that. He did mostly things that didn't involve other people. Did that mean she liked movies and games too?
“I like to carve small items as a hobby.. and they require a lot of time and patience with no distractions. My grandmother was a woodworker and she taught me how to carve small animals so I’d have my own toys to play with." That would be a no. He frowned, his thoughts going back to the last time he's seen his grandparents. It hadn't gone particularly well on the person to person level. But his visit with them was the main reason he was ok with Kit being around. Up until he'd spent a month at his grandparents every dog he'd met had decided he'd be a fun chew toy and would chase him all over the place. Their dog though was a lot calmer and after he'd gotten over his initial fear he'd been able to learn what kinds of things dogs paid attention to, and what sorts of things he should avoid doing need them.
"That sounds... Interesting." Please don't show me how. He smiled looking around for something else to talk about. Anything else to talk about.

The only thing near by that stood out to him was what looked like a manikin practically overflowing with layers of colored fabric. Was that a clothing shop?

"Hey, Corim? Is that a uhh..." He suddenly felt stupid not remembering what a person who makes clothes was called. But pointing seemed to get the question across. Take might be fine temperature wise regardless of what he was wearing, but the rest of them were going to freeze if the kept wandering around in t-shirts, and ripped clothes.

“Tailors?” Korim guessed. “Yes, it is a tailor’s shop. Why?” Realization dawned on his face. “You want to buy clothes?” He looked down at his long-sleeved shirt and pants for the first time. Yeah, that wasn’t going to hold up against the weather. But shopping wasn’t something he had every done. He only had about three pairs of shirts and pants and buying clothes was a rather expensive project. ”Why?”

Thankfully, Takes blush faded away when they reached the group, and arriving just in time to see that everyone took a moment to stop in front of a clothing place. He made his way to the front urgently where Korim was and placed a hand on his shoulder. His face was dead serious, looking straight into the boys orange eyes. “I.. need.. clothes..” he murmured, a tone of desperation in his voice. Takes pants were burnt up to his calves and had no spare underwear or socks to change into. His fingers dug into Korims shoulder, showing he wasn’t playing around.
