The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Kipp looked at Noah quizzically, this was the second time he had taken over helping Chion when he'd already been in the middle of doing the job. He shrugged, deciding the kid was probably just trying to be helpful. It was kind of annoying to have some one take over and in the end slow down the process, but he wasn't going to discourage him from trying to help.

Kipp walked to Chion's right, his left hand still holding on to the heavy piece of metal. He was glad Emma had monkeyed on to him, it would be a lot harder to carry her if she hadn't. But the warmth of her against him made him want to close his eyes and rest his head on hers. It was nice to be hugged, even if it was just a necessity of being carried.

The lack of a guard at the door where there had been one earlier was concerning to Seina. Her illusion hadn't lasted so long that he would still be following it, he should have come back. Her senses went to high alert expecting danger hiding behind the door that Take boldly shoved open, but nothing sprang out at them from the transformation room.

"Waiting for us?" She asked nervously peering into the room from where she stood, not willing to get closer to what danger was in front of them. There didn't appear to be anything in the transformation room, but then he might have better senses than her.

She hesitantly nodded, furrowing her brow at the idea of so many knowing. So far she had only told Grafe. And he had told his friend Jerran who he'd known from before coming to this place. "
If you really think it's important." She'd been extremely careful about anyone finding out. Stealing what she could unnoticed from Olim's fortress to trade for other things that she needed like the long baggy clothes she now wore, just to keep anyone else from finding out.

Chion slowed in confusion, she could hear the crunching sounds of heavy foot falls in gravel coming from behind them with her long animal ears. Was there danger ahead too? Take stance seemed to imply he wanted them to keep going, was he waiting for someone to go in and take care of the bad guys first? Or was there some kind of mix up and he wanted them to go forward quickly?

Kipp anxiously looked back down the corridor, waiting for the others to go in first, he at least had a weapon, but holding Emma made him reluctant to stay near the back, he didn't want her to get hurt again.

"Don't stop guys come on, go!" He said, swinging his sword lazily, gesturing toward the open door.
Fred sped up his hobbling.
That’s when the source of the footsteps came into view, two hulking guards charging right at them in extreme alert, followed by another, less hefty guard that Seina tricked earlier. They were shouting something in Portsmoth, demanding that the group to stop where they were, but Take was oblivious to what they were saying. He frowned and made sure the others didn’t freeze by the presence of authority by shoving the last kid inside the chamber and yelling at them to leave through the corridor at the far side of the room. He picked up the board that secured the two doors, and before shutting them inside, he reminded Fred about the dust that were in the cabinets along a far wall.

(Ack, sorry, I was gone yesterday. We were busy all day. Is there anything important I missed?)
(Kipp, Ashira, Seina, Take, Fred, Chion, and all the kids are on their way to escape. I haven’t really read the posts that don’t have to do with my character, so I’m not sure about the rest)

(It’s been pretty slow with Kyle’s group, they’re getting in a circle and holding hands so Aria can teleport them. Blair and Kit continued going on without them because she’s lone wolf and wants to find the missing people with no delays)

It happened so quickly that Ashira didn’t have time to react until Take shoved her into the corridor. She tightened her grip on the boy and began running barefoot, as she had lost her shoes at some point during the journey and didn’t know where they were.

(Aria needs them in small groups so it doesn’t drain too much energy)

Fred spotted the cabinets, “yes!” He swept as much dust as he could carry into his pockets. “Okay. I have the dust, let’s go” Fred cried.

(Little does she know she’ll get caught by a we-sa and the hens will have fled the coop)
