The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Blair was pacing along the edge of the rushing river, a scrap of bloody fabric clutched in her hands. It smelled like Emma, fresh and strong. But which way the had gone, she couldn't tell. "Emma? Kipp!" She called out, a slight scent reaching her. She didn't glance back at the rest of the group before taking off, tracking the faint scent. "Kipp! Emma!"

"No problem." He answered as he grabbed her hand, using her help to get up the steep climb.

Buck watched as Rylie scrambled up a few rocks, feeling slightly bad for the smaller cat. He was definitely trying to keep up with him, he noticed, so for the house cats sake, he slowed his pace down so Rylie wouldn't have to struggle as much
Rylie realized he was catching up to the larger cat. He raised his chin.
Cam slipped again, nearly face planting on the sharp rocks. She was grateful for the men’s boots. There was no way she could do this in Mallie’s tiny flats. Or barefooted, for that matter.
Her drenched braids hung over her face like wet ropes and she had slipped through enough puddles that mud could be found all the way up to her knees.
She brushed her braids out of her face disgustedly. Even without her hair obstructing her view, the rain made the visibility poor and the going slow.
In addition, her bones were penetrated by an icy chill. She had been taking advantage of the warm summer weather until then.
All right. This was fun. Now I want this adventure over.
“Yuck!” she spat, a glob of her spit and rainwater joining the puddles on the rocks.

“It’s chilly ‘eh” Ellie Said from behind her friend

“Not as cold as Ohio,” Cam grumbled. “I was just starting to get used to the sunshine. I hate this weather!” She kicked a rock to punctuate her sentence, which caused her to nearly topple in her slippery situation. “Please ignore that. I’m fine, just clumsy.” Some of these people could be over-concerned.

Kyle’s hair was very spiky.

Take didn’t bother going further into the cave as he observed that not all the kids were present. He cursed under his breath and set out on his own by the time Ashira came back. He continued along the bank, trying to see if they were possibly nearby the river or along the trees.
She rolled her eyes. “Alright, we’ll all look,” she said, going a different way. “Kipp? Kipp!” She clutched the marble stone as she called his name.

Take heard Blair’s calls further ahead of his direction. He sped up, feeling that she had a better idea of where they were than he did. Though as he ran to catch up, he kept his eyes peeled for what might show up unexpectedly.

Ashira went up to the group she had traveled with and relayed the news. “I’m going back out,” she said, and repeated it in Portsmoth. “The cave is safe, and you won’t be alone in there.”

Grafe watched the group split up with a confused look on his face. Everyone was going their separate ways and leaving him here? The tregdar emerging from the cave and following Ashira was even more confounding. Where had it come from? Was this their natural habitat?

He didn't know how to process what had just happened. The other three had quickly disappeared into the darkness leaving him with the young fawn and 'quiet girl' and little explination for why they were leaving.

"Alright. In to the cave then I guess. We'll rest a bit and then if they're not back we'll keep going." He said, heading into the cave. He hadn't expected Seina to be there, just around the corner.

(Grafe, fawn girl who needs a name, and Jewels, all eat soggy sandy bread and settle down to sleep. These guys and Seina cease to exist until there are other RPers about.)

Ellie nodded

Ashira walked on but couldn’t see or hear anything. Was she going the complete wrong way? Ugh! She kicked at some earth (wait... is the ground even called the earth if they’re not on Earth? Hmm...) in frustration. As she did so, something shiny caught her eye. At least, that is, it had once been shiny. She knelt down and pulled it out of the ground. It was a telescope. Her father’s, no less. It had his mark on it. She’d recognize it anywhere. But what was it doing here? Her father had left the planet seven years ago along with her mother... Right?

Chion stop short of tripping over her. Curiously trying to peek over her shoulder to see why she'd crouched down.
