A brightly dressed girl with golden curly pigtails stopped in front of them and handed them each a cold mug from her tray, a exuberant smile making her eyes sparkle. Kipp shook his head trying to say no, but she stuck it in his hands anyway, brushing his cheek with her hand before twirling away to take care of others. He stared after her his mouth hanging open, only taking his eyes off of her when Cam fell on the floor.
"Are you ok?" He asked going to her side and helping her up away from the spreading puddle on the floor.
Cam wiped her pants where she fell into the liquid. “Of course I am,” she said, snatching Noah’s mug, as he was just beginning to suck on the froth and coughing. “None of that for you!” she said.Thela lead, who ever chose to follow down a hallway and up a set of stairs, there were two rooms about the same size. One was filled with rolled bed mats and stacks of folded blankets that looked as though they hadn't been used, or washed in a very long time. The other had all different sorts of musical instruments, and stands as well as extra tables and chairs stacked on each other that matched the ones in the main room down stairs. Some how the second room looked like it's objects had more use than the first.
"Petre will move the things out, so a few of you can have more private rooms if you'd prefer. The rest can sleep in the main room we'll get that cleaned up after closing." Thela said to Korim poking her head in to each room before fully opening the door for him to look inside.
"Petre, take this stuff down to the common room. It's been a while, we're well past due for a music night." She said ushering the young man into the second room.
(Sorry guys I'm rushed, BBL )
“What was that?” he asked, trying to grab for the mug that Vies had pretty much enchanted him into wanting really badly. “It tastes terrible!”
“Spoiled grape juice,” Cam said, even though she knew it wasn’t really wine, it made more sense to explain it that way.
“Ew!” Noah said. “Can I have some more, please?” He clasped his hands together and made a puppy face, before jumping to grab the mug. Cam lifted it farther out of reach.
While Vies attracted people to things, Cam, for better or worse, repulsed them. But Noah liked repulsive things.
“No!” Cam said. “Why would offer that stuff to children?”
Kyle dismounted and observed the room they had entered while Rylie trotted to the corner and sniffed, looking for rodents.
“Wow, they’re unprepared,” Kyle said.
Korim nodded. “I wonder what this place was like when they had visitors other than the locals.” He realized Vies was looking at him, wondering what he said. (How old is she?) “That sounds like an excellent plan,” he said.
