The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Blair stopped dancing, sighing heavily. "Yeah...I guess so." She murmured quietly, taking her hand off his shoulder, but didn't let go of his other hand. There was a pit of fear in her stomach at the thought of what might happen without any chains or anything to help her keep control without Take. It'll be fine. It's fine.
She headed towards the door, still holding Take's hand tightly. No one was watching them, thankfully. The last thing she needed was someone getting too curious and following them.
Take reached out and opened the door for them both, and let Blair go through first. He glanced back at those who remained at the bar, surprised to see Kipp and Aella being batted over the head with a blunt weapon by a lack of mask Hana. So thats how she looks like.. He walked out the door, and let it swing close behind him. Outside the inn was completely still and quiet, with a few people lingering about and returning to their respective homes as the sun set. Lanterns were being lit all around the settlement in preparation for the night, which meant Blair didn't have very much time left until the effects of the full moon settled in. He retook her hand and started heading towards the mountains, "You're gonna be alright" he said, confident in his words as always.

“Fineeee” she sighed putting the glass to her lips drinking the whole thing “mmm”

Kevin watched her for a moment, before pushing her mug of alcohol to the man next to him. “Drinks on me,” he murmured, even though he knew the man wouldn’t understand him. He looked back at Aria, shaking his head. “I don’t envy your day tomorrow.” He downed the rest of his glass, slamming it on the table.

Kipp tripped backwards in surprise his wings spreading to get him out of the way of the sudden sword in his face. Which up ended all drinks that were on the counter near him. Making a horrible crashing sound, that was barely heard over the energetic music and cheering. Hana's ultra-dramatic bonking set him off giggling despite the disaster he'd just created, and he slid down the side of the counter to sit on the floor. Thankfully the water, and beer were all on the other side so he wasn't sitting in liquid while laughing, and trying to catching his breath.
(I think Kipp may have killed Noah... he couldn't have missed him with his wings. Oops. @Amer )

He stopped laughing long enough to spot Noah on the floor next to him.
"What're you doing down here?"

"We're not gonna dump water in her face, idiot. She needs to drink it, not inhale it." Aella snapped, going to poke Hana again, when the woman flung up, launching out of her stool abruptly. There was little time to process that Hana's mask had came off, when the hilt of her katana came toward her. A panicked I'm sorry escaped her, her arm coming up to block it, afraid she had pissed off the drunken woman, but she only received a gentle bonk on the head.
She sat up, blinking. It wasn't the fact that Hana was laughing, when Aella perceived her as a stone cold woman, that shocked her. It was the scarring of one side of her face that she suddenly got to see. It was Hana's delicate features and dark eyes that had been hidden that made Aella tilt her head in the most curious manner, her lips falling apart slightly, eyes fluttering over Hana's face.
Carefully, not taking her gaze off of Hana, she reached out and grabbed the hilt of her katana, gently pulling it away from her and handing her the cup of water, still startled by the scarring on her face. "You should drink this."

Hana didn’t even notice her katana slip away from her fingers, she was too busy busting out laughing from her silly movements and seeing Kipp knock down a bunch of drinks. She started wheezing, tears forming in her eyes as she bent over, holding her aching stomach from all the laughing. Soon her laughs morphed into sobs, “My tummy hurts” she squeaked, her face twisting. She looked up at Aella through tear filled eyes and noticed the glass of water the girl held out to her. She straightened up and took the glass eagerly, taking careful sips of the pure liquid. Her face was beet red and stained by tears as she panted heavily to catch her breath.

“Mhhh” she looked at him

Kevin leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand as he watched her.
“This place is nice,” he said softly, absentmindedly scratching his beard as he longingly looked towards the dance floor. He hated the idea of leaving, especially to go fight some mysterious bad guy, who would most likely slaughter them all.
He raised a finger, ordering another beer. Ignoring his own advice, he downed half of it in a few gulps.

Blair's steps were rushed, and she would have broken into a run except for the fact that she was utterly exhausted as it was. She glanced at him, before looking back ahead. "I know," she murmured, even though she didn't really believe it. The thought that they had ten or so minutes was quickly out the window when shivers of pain ran down her back, a forewarning of even more pain. "We've got to go. Now." She let go of his hand, glancing back at the small town, before fleeing to the mountain's, her heart about to burst.

Oh, Gods, don't cry. Aella watched Hana go from laughing to sobbing in a matter of seconds, before looking up at her with tear stained eyes. It was odd to see Hana start sobbing, and squeak like an injured child. "Sit," she told her, cautiously reaching out and taking Hana's arm, directing her back to her stool. "Breathe." She didn't like having to take care of people, but after the many years she had spent in the orphanage and having to care for the other kids around her, she had a knack for it. "Drink the water slowly, okay? It won't be good if you drink it too fast."

(Isn't Noah the one who said that before? And then said yeah your spots are ugly. 😅 )

"Pff, yeah right. She told you that?" He asked skeptically. Shaking his head and staring down into the mug that was set in front of him. "I think you're getting your words mixed up. She hates me." I hate me. Why do I want to drink this? I don't. I don't want to. But... I do? Maybe that's why dad drinks, because once you start you can't stop. Was that it?
A garbled 'genki desu' coming from Hana didn't do anything to reassure Kipp that she hadn't just died.
"Uhh, you livin'?" He asked, trying to sit her upright, not realizing that he himself was feeling a bit dizzy until he stood up to keep Hana from falling backwards. He was completely oblivious to the 6 year old getting into trouble behind him.

"What're you doing down here?"
“You pushed me!” Noah accused, standing up and kicking him in the side.
“Noah, stop that!” Cam said. She peered at the downed harpy. She was finally over her mood. The music and the dancing leaked into her room and she realized this wasn’t Earth, and the only way to survive would be to adapt. “You look like you’ve been having too much fun.”
Heat rose in her cheeks as she reached down for his hand and pulled him up. (She’s an inch taller than him, it’s feasible.) “Do you... want to... dance?” That was overstepping way too many boundaries. Kipp probably hated her for what she said before, and even if he didn’t, she barely knew him. But everyone else was dancing, and she wanted a way in.
“Actually, never mind I asked,” she said, looking away and brushing a braid out of her face.
