The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Oh, Gods, don't cry. Aella watched Hana go from laughing to sobbing in a matter of seconds, before looking up at her with tear stained eyes. It was odd to see Hana start sobbing, and squeak like an injured child. "Sit," she told her, cautiously reaching out and taking Hana's arm, directing her back to her stool. "Breathe." She didn't like having to take care of people, but after the many years she had spent in the orphanage and having to care for the other kids around her, she had a knack for it. "Drink the water slowly, okay? It won't be good if you drink it too fast."
Hana let out a thrilled ‘whee’ as she led back to a seat. She nodded as efficiently as she could in her state, following Aella’s directions. She wiped her bangs out of her face as she cleared her blurry vision, getting a clearer view of Aella’s face. Taking careful sips of her water, she leaned closer to Aella’s face, almost getting way too close for comfort. “D-Did your mom hurt you too?” she asked, her face full of concern and anguish as her fingers reached up to touch Aella’s scar.

Blair's steps were rushed, and she would have broken into a run except for the fact that she was utterly exhausted as it was. She glanced at him, before looking back ahead. "I know," she murmured, even though she didn't really believe it. The thought that they had ten or so minutes was quickly out the window when shivers of pain ran down her back, a forewarning of even more pain. "We've got to go. Now." She let go of his hand, glancing back at the small town, before fleeing to the mountain's, her heart about to burst.
Take sprinted after her, ascending the rocking terrain as they passed the last of the Rugæ stone built homes. The homes were incredibly spread apart, but none were set on the higher parts of the mountains. He constantly kept searching for some sort of cave or abandoned structure as they strayed further and further away from the settlement.

Aella leaned back when Hana came closer to her, severely uncomfortable with her being so close. Her reaction to Hana touching her face was to instinctively flinch, her entire body tending defensively as the other woman traced the scar. Flames leapt along her hands, but didn't touch Hana, even though she was uncomfortable being touched, especially in the face. "No," she breathed, her throat closing on her anxiously. "I don't...I don't have a mom." Her hands grasped the counter behind her, supporting herself as she turned her head away from Hana.

Hana examined Aella’s face, eyeing the scar and then her features, recognizing how soft they were. She even let out a giggle at her pointy ears. “How cute.” The sober Hana would have never ever dreamed of being so daring in someone’s personal space. She let out a sudden gasp at the girls words, utter shock appearing on her face. “You d-don’t?” Her almond shaped eyes were wide, tears nearly forming again at the revelation. Without hesitation, she set her empty glass down and wrapped her arms around the girl, “I’ll be your mom!”

Nat madly motioned for her sixth drink from her stool. Her cup had been bone DRY for HOURS and that was UNACCEPTABLE.
Actually, scratch that, she wasn't on the stool anymore. She was criss-cross-applesauce right on top of the bar counter. And barely even managing to keep that position.
Korim lifted the tall girl off the bar counter and set her on the ground in the same position, waving a finger in her face. “No more drink for you,” he said. “You kids have no self control.”

The homes were incredibly spread apart, but none were set on the higher parts of the mountains. He constantly kept searching for some sort of cave or abandoned structure as they strayed further and further away from the settlement.
Blair ran across the rocky terrain, her chest aching from the cold air, ignoring the stone homes they occasionally passed. Eventually, her legs simply gave out from beneath her, forcing her to the ground. Everything hurt. Her hands and back were in excruciating pain, her bones cracking and shifting to make way for an animals skeleton rather then human. She slammed her shaking hands over her mouth to stop herself from making too much noise. Please, make it stop.

“You pushed me!” Noah accused, standing up and kicking him in the side.
“Noah, stop that!” Cam said. She peered at the downed harpy. She was finally over her mood. The music and the dancing leaked into her room and she realized this wasn’t Earth, and the only way to survive would be to adapt. “You look like you’ve been having too much fun.”
Heat rose in her cheeks as she reached down for his hand and pulled him up. (She’s an inch taller than him, it’s feasible.) “Do you... want to... dance?” That was overstepping way too many boundaries. Kipp probably hated her for what she said before, and even if he didn’t, she barely knew him. But everyone else was dancing, and she wanted a way in.
“Actually, never mind I asked,” she said, looking away and brushing a braid out of her face.
(I think she's supposed to be 2" taller. Kipp grew!? :O )

Kipp caught Noah's foot in his hand, far too familiar with the posture he'd taken, and intending to show him why he shouldn't kick people. Grinning sheepishly up at Cam's sudden appearance, he dropped the little tyrants foot. If Cam hadn't been there he'd have threatened to eat his feet if he ever tried kicking someone again. But that was a good way to get himself in trouble again.
"Mmm, so much fun." He said as she pulled him up, deciding for now a cold glare would have to be enough to deal with Noah.

“Do you... want to... dance?” He stared at her in shock, his face flushing at the thought of being allowed to be that close to her. They were already standing close enough to make him feel like he was melting, and she hadn't let go of his hand yet. He could barely believe she was asking. She was supposed to be mad at him. “Actually, never mind I asked,” She dropped his hand to toss a loose braid over her shoulder, turning her face away. Drawing his attention to her bare neck, he wanted to bury his face there and just breathe her in. He couldn't do that though. He could feel the heat in his face, burning the tops of his cheeks. She wasn't looking at him, but she wasn't leaving either. Did she want him to do something? He swallowed hard forcing his hands into tight fists to keep from tracing his fingers along her jaw.

"D-dancing's... good?" He said, nervously. The thought that maybe she wanted to dance, just not with him, only popping into his head after he started speaking. "Who'd you... wanna dance with?" He asked, feeling quite miserable thinking she didn't want to dance with him.
