Cam watched for the little man riding about and rousing up the scattered humans, looking for all the world like a tiny cat-riding cowboy, but instead of herding cattle, it much looked like he was trying to round up a clowder of cats. And herding cats was an impossible task up there with finding a needle in a haystack.

Kevin laughed. “How did you survive?” He joked. He glanced at her, remembering she could sense emotions. He mentally cursed, pushing out any negative emotion. “Er, sorry, I forgot you could sense stuff,” he murmured. Trying to lighten the mood he added, “yeah, I’m going to be unhappy if we lose them, only to find them alone in a tree somewhere.”

I don’t think there is much chance of this, Aria may have a crush but she knows survival comes first and Kevin has a gun! XD
