We had a guest speaker come and talk to us today, he spoke about body image and told us the at it didn’t matter. Then he went on to say only 4 kids are stand out pretty in our grade and that they were all blondes and I’m just like wow. So much for trying to give us all positive body image and stuff (I don’t actually care but I know one of my friends who has serious mental health problems feels awful now)

the two girls I look up to as being pretty are not blond. We do have a lot of blondes where I live and some have some really pretty hair, but the rest of their features do not match up.
One is a petite girl with curly red hair, and the other is a brunette with soft features.

All of my friends are super insecure and have mental issues, so without even knowing your friend I feel for her and the others in your class. That isn't right, just because one person's image of beauty is that doesn't mean the rest don't stand out and are beautiful too. Flowers are pretty but so are Christmas lights and they look nothing alike.
In my opinion, everyone's pretty no matter their weight, height, skin, or hair.
Screw that guy, I don't give a crap to whoever he is.

Some.... yeah maybe I should sleep more. I'm having some emotional issues due to extended family illness, going to visit family this weekend. And I'm totally going to be bawling and I'm stressing about going. Plus I'm overwhelmed by all the birds I have. Thankfully I have someone who will take care of them while I'm gone. But I'll be coming back to 35 more hatching.

I'm barely myself at the moment.

His droopy eyes will need an operation, they are really painful for him. He has gorgeous blue fur. He chases you though and jumps.
