I currently use this in my 1:1. Once it's gone I'm going to use essential oils. Should be a lot cheaper. @5Australorpasaures, shared a recipe using them.I use some Honey Be Healthy. It has essential oils added, the bees go crazy for it.

Took me a moment to figure out how to find where it was saved. This is for a candyboard. But, I'm sure you can add the oils into your fall syrup.Do you have a link to that post?

Thank you! I will bookmark this one too.Emulsified oils for syrup
1 cup water
10 drops lemongrass oil
1 teaspoon wintergreen oil
3/4 teaspoon tea tree oil
In a blender blend above till emulsified (5 min) then mix with water in a 1/2 gallon jar. Mix 3/4 cup of oils to each gallon of 1:1 and 2:1 sugar syrup. I get 2 gallons of syrup mixing 4qts water, 8qts of sugar, still just use 3/4 cup. Oils to water not finished syrup. Almost forgot store in a cool dark place.
