Knabstruppers and Gypsy Vanners. I have them both, (plus my hobby horses) I have four knabstruppers, i need to get a stallion. I have NO idea what to look for in a good stud, so i need help with that! I have both mares and stallions for the GVs.

A good stud stallion has high BLUP---100 is best---and high genetic potential. This will allow the foals to have better skills when they're trained. Of course, some people breed for lower genetic potential, but that's generally less desirable.
Oh, and coat colors are entirely random, so that doesn't matter.

Tips for Making Money on Howrse

Making money isn’t hard, unless you have less than thirty days you can be a millionaire in mere weeks! There is several ways to make money, my personal favorite is flipping which I use and now have over 2 million dollars.

Flipping
Selling howrses really isn’t that hard once you get the hang of it, you can get them going fast too! Here are some simple tips if you’re buying horses then reselling them, otherwise known as flipping.
· Buy all horses below 1000e; they can make you serious profit.
· Horses under 1300e can be profitable.
· Always look for deals! I’ve caught unicorns for 500e before!
· Buy all mares, that can breed, for under 2500e.
· Be sure to buy a few cheap (1400e or lower) stallions to breed the mares you buy with.
· Females are always worth more! If there is a long list of horses always buy the older horses and the females.
Finally, after you have purchased your horses you’re going to sell ready them for reselling; I like sorting them out and naming them according to their gender, it’s not required, though I do believe it helps sells. Below are the prices I normally sell for at normal conditions.
· Pregnant Mares: 5000e
· Normal Mares: 1450e
· Stallions: 1410e
· Geldings: 1410e
· Colts: 1400e
· Fillies: 1405e
· Horses Over 15: 7000e
· Pegasus’: About 12000e
· Unicorns: 80000e
· Ga & Rc Horses: 35-40000e
· Immortal Horses: 10000e
· Add 1000e for each good BMI (not bonuses).
Sometimes prices fluctuate but most times these prices send horses out the door fast, however don’t be discouraged to find your horses not selling at the moment you put them up, all horses go eventually.

Sell Coverings
Selling coverings is great, even if your stallions aren’t that good! If you have a top of the line stallion you’re in luck because some people will pay up to 7500e if your stallion is good enough. Unfortunately, not all of us are blessed enough to have a great stallion, however coverings are still a great money making opportunity. All you have to do is put each of your stallions up for 200-400e and they will go exceptionally fast, therefore making you easy money! The only difficulty is fitting this into a stallion’s daily schedule. ​

Do Lessons & Pasture Time
Lessons are simple and easy to fit into the daily schedule of your horses. Most places offer 3oe and if you multiply that by 20 that’s an easy 300e a day!
Make sure you put your horses, even your foals, into the meadow or box each day. You can receive apples and turnips which you then sell for a sizeable profit once you get enough. A benefit of the pastures is it gives your horse free food!

Sell Unneeded Supplies
This is another one of my favorites. Any supplies you don’t use like extra tack, caloric mashes, and droppings can be sold. If you hoard like I do for a long time then you can gain a chunk of money just from those little things.
You can also sell extra bonuses like lunges and seahorses; they go for around 2000e each and can earn you even more money.

Do Competitions
Competitions make enough money per horse, if you do two per day, to pay for needed feed. I find this exceptionally helpful so I don’t pay for the hay.

Have a Job
Make sure you have a job, depending on where you work you could earn up to 250e a day simply by taking care of a single horse which only takes about 2 minutes.

Vote On Creations
From the 10th of every month to the 16th of every month the creation space is open to vote. Each day you can win 1000e by simply clicking which takes no more than 5 minutes with very minimal work.

Stroke the Divines
Some divines can earn you money by simply stroking them. The list of what each Divine that can be stroked does.
· The Xanthos is a divine horse that can be stroked to earn money. If you pet it on 1, 2, 3, 4(etc):00, then you will get a Horn Of Plenty, and 1000e. You can only pet five Xanthos a day. Xanthos gives 10% energy to your youngest horse if you don't get a Horn Of Plenty.
· Topaz is a gemstone horse. He is the son of Sapphire and Emerald .He loves to be taken care of and be congratulated on his public page. Topaz gives out a Diamond to the luckiest of all the players who give congratulations. The rest will receive 50 dollars in thanks. You can only congratulate 5 a day, similar to a Xanthos.

Stroke Horses in SH
Expect the unexpected with these horses, you don’t know what you will get just remember that you can only stroke one a day.

I guess I've been pretty lucky so far in the Halloween cards, I got several of the 1000/2000E ones. Well there's something that doesn't happen very often, you should've seen the stuff I was getting from the lotteries.
