6. I am AngryChicken14 and I start out the scenes and the changes so if I say," All of a sudden a frozen tundra appeared," I am changing the background scene. If you want a different background scene PM me
7. Only 1 Character
8. Don't ignore everybody like say," dosent care," You can say that but just dont say that again and again and again
9. You Can't Make a new district
10. I've made it a little different

Well Here I am starting out this whole thing:

There was once a place called North America. But droughts, fires, hurricanes, and tornados and encroachins seas took their toll. Brutal wars broke out as people fought for the few remaining resources. The Earth was scarred and desolate, the people terrified and hopeless.

But out of the ashes and the wreckage rose Panem, a nation made up of a great Capitol einged by 13 Districts, which brought peace and properity to its citizens for many generations.

The thirteen districs rebelled against the country that fed them, loved them, and protected them. Twelve Districs were defeated, but the thrteenth district was obliterated. Thus the Hunger Games were formed for every district were forced to send two kids from the ages of 12-18 to fight for their district (Must Be Boy and a Girl). Also you can be a shapeshifter were you can shapshift into:

Wolf
Bird
Cat

Your dont need to take the names given if you dont want.

Districts-

District 1 : Luxury- District 1 makes the luxury goods that decorate and beautify our great Capitol.
District 2 : Masonry- Our nation would be nothing without District 2's superb stonework. Building the cities, Known for their strength.
District 3 : Technology- The most advanced nation filled with computers, electronics, etc.
District 4 : Fishing- That YUMMY Seafood is all from District 4
District 5 : Power- All power and nucleur stuff i in District 5
District 6 : Transportation- Cars, Trucks, Buses, all transportation needs are here
District 7 : Lumber- Paper and all wooden objects here~
District 8 : Textiles- The beautiful fabric and clothes are made here
District 9 : Grain- Bread, Rice, etc. All the grain you need.
District 10 : Livestock- Cattle is here all live stock and meat is here
District 11 : Agriculture- Farming is perfectly here
District 12 : Mining- All coal is here!
