I thought I'd give it a shot to see if you would be interested in selling your young roo. We just lost ours to a bobcat. He was doing his job and protecting one of his girls that was attacked first. Just a bummer...he was awesome.

Aww. Im sooo sorry. It hard losing them . Im hoping to be able to have some chicks this spring sometime. I do have another cockerel. If we do decide to get rid of one i can deffinately let you know. But probably wont be till this spring when they have grown out some.

My Jubilees chicks are only 6wks old, so long way to go yet. Only have three and hoping for two pullets and a cockerel!

Thirty-three is almost exactly 8 months. Surely you won't have long! Waiting for an egg was like a kid waiting for summer break...SO HARD.
