My green egg layer has come back off strike since September! I do have an olive egger out there but she's still holding back. I finally put the hens in the big side roomin the wooden shed, next door to the rabbits. I hooked up a light, I leave it on all the time to take the edge off the cold. I have been getting the brown egg with white spots on it all winter, it is from my black Australorp hen, but she's the only diehard out there, the rest of them have been on strike since it got cold. BUT they are making a comeback, today I got 4!!! out of 7!! Yay!
maybe in a couple days I'll get 5!
