No i think they won't at all! One i think died a few days ago and the other hasn't internally pipped yet so I'm not hopeful!

You can try the float test. I just did slightly warm water about the same as the egg in a cup and then you put it in air sack up. And it should float but if they're still alive in there they usually wiggle as well. You can look it up on YouTube for a better visual. But I think it's a great idea to do before throwing any out!

Float tests are not accurate... all you are looking for is movement in the water but that only happens if they are moving while in the water... candling to see veins, movement or internal pips is much more conclusive...

Plus, you don't want to put the eggs in water unless they are really late, it can take the bloom off and make it easy for bacteria to enter the shell...

I agree. It's something to only be done as a last resort for me. Just as that last measure before i throw any out. Other than that, i dont do it

Yeah i'm not keen on doing that but if it work for you @chelseajgoss than by all means do it! I will give them two days and if no progress i will open them to see what inside

Yeah he is a bit prettier now!

He has calmed down a bit. He was a bit frantic when he saw that he was along in the brooder but he loves snuggling up under the heat lamp and next to giraffe!
