It's got male saddles....?
 
I've never seen that comb type on a male though, but I have seen females with small saddles.
What do you mean? Males and females have the same comb, females just usually have smaller ones. This one is just less developed.
And male saddles = male. Not sure what you mean by females with small saddles.
It's definitely a male IMO.

The female comb has that shape (2 parallel lines going into a little walnut)
