It’s an old lady cactus So it needs a lot of sun and not a lot of water. It should probably be repotted, but I wish to keep my hands intact, so I might not do that.

Most aren't actually too bad. I have one kind that's nasty, but otherwise I've potted/repotted like three different kinda. Just get some decent gloves.
