Actually I'm Pentecostal charismatic evangelical spirit filled Baptist protestant something-or-another but I just listen to a lot of Catholic scholars and influencers

So you go to a Pentecostal Baptist Protestant Rizzler Spirit church?

I go to a Southern Baptist Church at the moment (hymns and barely any hand raising or singing aloud, only men can teach, pray for others, and run ministries), but I grew up and I'm moving back to a non-denominational church where people get slain in the spirit and we have female pastors.

About the whole female pastor thing: we're soft complementarian, we would never have a female head pastor but our pastor's wives are called pastors and women are permitted to lead ministries in the church, they are also permitted to speak to a mixed audience and women are expected to pray for women while men pray for men. I don't think I'd ever feel comfortable "preaching" because I'm just a bit more complementarian than my home church is, but I would also never go to a church where women have a very passive role ever again, in my current church the women are very neglected and kinda just left to be gossips and kitchen workers because there's no place for them to serve in ministry.
Also in my church "pastor" is applied to anyone who leads any kind of ministry, if we used different terms like bishop or priest a woman would not hold that title, but to pastor in our sphere just means you are a shepherd.
