So exciting here at the Jann home! We just "locked down" our first 6 Silkie eggs!!!! With any luck, by Wed we should have 6 new babies at our house!
We candled before locking down and they look like they have filled up their eggs! Their air sacs look good too!
So glad we took this journey! What a blessing of fun and learning it has been!
We will do lock down number 2 with our other set of bigger (hopefully layer) eggs in 8 more days!

so far i tossed out the 2 that were bad eggs but the rest of the eggs look good, the last time i checked (yesterday). I am so excited for you guys. hopefully there will be loads of pictures.
