Update on Cottonball, he is one happy and spoiled boy. He is eating vegetables now. He's tried parsley and dill. He loves the cats,and I mean loves them! he wants to run around with them but we haven't allowed that yet. It is so funny to see him sleep like a baby as the cats just stare at him The cats are pretty good with him. One wants to eat him, but controls himself, and the other doesn't really care at all I will try to get updated pictures soon!

I am thrilled to see Cottonball looking so well and happy. Nice job with that wee baby bunny.

I am wondering if he will stay poofy. None of the rabbits in my town are, but I feel that he is quite the fluff ball. Are most baby rabbits this fluffy?

Based on today's update, I think he has normal length fur, not angora or lion head fur.

His color & markings make me think of the Californian breed. The markings tend to be gray when they are young, and become black when they grow up. Of course there are other breeds that also have that pattern, and he could easily be a mix rather than any pure breed.

How much does he weigh now?

He weighs a little over 2 pounds!

And I think he's probably about 10 weeks old now, counting from your first post. So I'm guessing he'll be a small-to-medium size rabbit at maturity, maybe in the 5 to 6 pound range by the time he finishes growing.

He's still looking cute!
