Wow we moved our 6 week old Jubilee Orpingtons to their new brooder, what is it about chicks that come from your birds. They just seem a little cooler.

I have some that I am growing out... and I tell you... I am really liking the speckling on these birds.

We have several adults but these r ours, we have hatched a lot but these r maturing well.

I brought him out in the snow yesterday,I think his feet were cold he just stood there lol

we have 30 chicks between the 2 brooders & plenty of eggs in the sportsman

my turkey "Kate" started laying so i'm now starting to incubate her eggs too

her mate "William" keeps walking around their pen looking like a new farther outside in the hospital waiting room

if she goes broody i think i'll give her a shot at hatching some out

not sure how many she can cover ....... i guess i'll find out when the time comes.
