We just processed our first bird a week ago, and my kids learned a lot. They ate a lot too!

Getting the kids involved from the beginning mean so much, especially today when most kids have no idea where their food comes from. It would have been neat to be in their classroom, hearing them tell their tale.

I've been letting it set in the fridge since Sunday....read on some of the boards on here that is is better to let it set a few days first?!?!
