I agree. 1= minorca or andausian, have to watch the comb+earlobes in another couple months for the subtleties, 2 looks like an ancona for sure. Murray McMurray sells them and they have the yellow legs and are described as having "lustrous black plumage with white tips on every few feathers." it is very unlikely to be an exchequer leghorn, also has too little white. Exchequers are really a "splash" chicken with black over white, yours is clearly a mottled or spangled bird. Both are lovely!
