Nate started to run, and sniffed the ground trying to find a bear track.

Jessica put her nose to the ground. She could smell a rabbit trail, followed by fox. She caught the scent of a bird, and the faint but distinct scent of... dog? She paused, sneezing and shaking her head. She looked up and trotted to follow Nate again

Nate smelled the dog tracks and knew that those tracks were from awhile go, but not to recent either. he finally found a bear track and started to follow it.

Nate followed the scent until he came up to a huge male bear.

ColdHeart started trotting toward the elk. As they neared the place the scent was strongest, he slowed down and stopped.

Jessica pricked her ears in excitement. She pranced up beside Nate, and peered at the bear from behind some bushes

The bear laid down to sleep, but kept looking around.



Maddie crouched down and stalked the elk slowly.

"Ive had my fill today, and besides, you look half starved as you are." She said.

Cole looked at the female "Um, thanks?' he said then looked at the deer
