The Last Wolves *Restarted*

(I was hoping he would save them when Ben and Hunter weren't around, since that's what sounded like what was going to happen.)

Hunter fell on his face but quickly recovered and pulled a muzzle over Tyler's nose and secured it. Then he adjusted a leash around his neck, and held onto it firmly.

Summer's heart broke for Tyler as she watched Ben.

(That's what I planned to do)

Ben then looked at Tyler then kicked Tyler in the side "That's for attacking us" he said in an angered tone "Hunter, have you ever heard of the Experimental Labs?' he said


Tyler made a muffled yelp when Ben kicked him then backed away.

Hunter shook his head, "No..."

"No! Stop!" Summer screamed.

Hunter walked up to Summer and gagged her.

Ben looked at Hunter "Just ignore her!!!" he ordered "Back to what I was saying. I know a place that takes wolves, for three purposes. One: For breeding, Two: for Experiments and Three: for hunting other wolves down or hunting deer, elk, bear or anything you want in a large group under the control of those people. They'll sell you any wolf you want or need" he said "Or even sell you a dog that knows ever attack move ever known. Like Mika here" he said "But mostly the guard dogs, hybrids and wolves are all male for a reason of dominance" he explained "But they'll sell females if you pay a good price" he said

Tyler listened then tried to go over to Summer.


Nate and Mika just sat there watching all of this.

Hunter listened intently, then was suddenly distracted by Tyler. "Hey!!!" He shouted, charging Tyler.

Summer shook her head at Tyler, warning him not.

Hunter tugged on Tyler's chain and dragged him towards Ben. "We can talk later, but shouldn't we lock up these wolves in a room before they try anything? I can walk Nate, Mika, and Tyler if you can get Summer. You'll either have to drag her, or carry her." He looked at Summer, noticing how weak she was.

Ben slightly gave Hunter a questionable look "I'll take Tyler, Nate and Mika. If you took them, they would have you on the ground in mere seconds, but I will say this, Don't think they're just stupid wolves, especially Nate and Mika, they're fast, smart and they could kill us both in a few seconds if we gave them the chance. That's why I bring, darts, bullets and even shock collars" he said then took Tyler "And for the weak one, Just make her move, and don't even give her any attention, if you do. They'll use that" he said then dragged NAte, Mika and Tyler away.

Hunter nodded obediently. He strode towards Summer confidently, untied the chain from her hands, and re-bound them tightly with a short rope behind her back. Then he thrusted her forward with the tip of his gun. “Move it!” He ordered her sharply. Herding her in Ben’s direction.

Summer struggled to stand up, and after a few falls rose unsteadily to her feet. Slowly she moved forward with small steps.

“Faster!” Hunter shouted impatiently. He pushed her forward with great strength with his hand.
~ ~
Summer plunged forward, landing on her face. She lay there for a few moments, unable to rise, even with the great effort that she sacrificed.

Tyler watched and tried to go over to her, but the chain kept him from going to far.

Nate and Mika just watched with anger.

Pride swelled up in Hunter as he realized that Ben was admitted that he had been wrong.

Summer had been prepared, and this time landed on her knees. As she began to rise again the pain in her side increased until the bullet that had been planted in her side seemed to burn, and pain surged through her body. She fell again on her knees, leaning over, and pulled her knees to her chest. She grunted in the unbearable pain, and the agony was clear in her voice, although it was muffled by cloth that gagged her.
