Ken sat there thinking "Well I'm not really the person to be teaching you but I might be able to do it" he said with a grin "Like I said before I've seen wolves shift, I've met wolves and I can tell if their sad, happy, angry or even confused" he said "Now shifting it kinda hard to do at first. but first you close your eyes, think of a peaceful place like a forest, a meadow or even something else. you imagine yourself there and a human. your human form. you go to it and then you'll shift" he said.
