(Oh my goodness! You know, her aggression might have to do something about her breed. There are quite a few breeds of chickens that are very flighty, like some breeds of bantams.. Now, i'm not sure why your chicken is aggressive, its usually the roosters that are mean, not the hens. But its also not unusual to come across the big mean hen! XD I like your chickens names, especially Summer!)

Ava frowned and scanned the area furiously, determined to get to the bottom of this.

(I use to have 6 chickens. I found out one of them was a rooster so he was sold to a nice lady I knew, and then two hens died. Clara and Miley(Don't ask me why I named her that(Miley died very early, she was about 9 months. then Clara died this year in February. Now I only have Summer, Meany and Sammy. Meany just hates me >.<(And I just remember what Meany and Summer are. Their Red Pullets and Sammy's a Wyandotte)


Tiny continued to walk, she wondered who it was, she then got to a clearing but stayed in the shadows, she then saw a few dogs and wolves gather all of them were talking.


There was two dogs and two wolves sitting there talking

"So what do you think?" asked a large Grayish colored dog.

A dog sat there thinking "I don't know, Kam you aren't the smartest of the bunch you were almost killed by a female wolf" he said. This dog was more muscular then the grayish dog, he sat there then chuckled.

The others laughed. The gray dog looked away "Hey, have you all forgotten that we all were attacked and just about killed?" he asked "Just looked at Jutt, he was almost killed by a female named Ava" he then started to laugh.

The wolf named Jutt smiled "Good one Kam, you still remember. Well at least I didn't bring my sons into all the fights" he smiled. The gray dog then frowned "You better shut your mouth or I will kill you" he said

"Cut it out you two" a female wolf said walking in "You know it's not nice to fight, besides you should know if you two start fighting I end up breaking it up.......and half your bones" she growled. Jatt, The Grayish dog and the other dog stopped and smiled.

Ava listened to them carefully, she was quite shocked that Jutt was still alive. I thought he was dead! She thought to herself. She quickly looked at Tiny and frowned, "It looks like things just got interesting," she growled quietly. She was in a crouch position, almost a hunting crouch.

(Hmm, interesting.. I don't know of many red chickens that are aggressive by nature.. Yeah, I don't know. I hear that having a rooster usually puts the hens in their place. So Meany is probably the dominate bird right now. I have a few roosters, and I remember having no roosters at all and the hens were just brutal to each other!! I used to have a Silver Laced Wyandotte, but she was unfortunately killed by a Coyote... Her name was Lacey, she was a very sweet chicken.)

Ava listened to them carefully, she was quite shocked that Jutt was still alive. I thought he was dead! She thought to herself. She quickly looked at Tiny and frowned, "It looks like things just got interesting," she growled quietly. She was in a crouch position, almost a hunting crouch.

(Clara was my guardian chicken XD. She use to peck Meany on the head when she attacked me. Now Meany attacks when ever she wants like saying "You will obey me, I'm the Head Chicken now and you have to deal with it" and I just try and do the food and water then get the eggs. but she won't let me do an of that, unless I distract her)

Tiny kept her eyes on the female wolf as she crouched down.


Jutt sighed "Hey you never said who you were attacked by" he said

The female looked at Jutt then bit into his neck and held on "Do you want to really know?" she growled. Jutt chuckled "You would never hurt me" he said.

The female then let go and kicked him "You want to know. It was a dog.... A female dog" she said.

The Muscular dog then looked at the female "Mika? or Tiny?" he asked. The female looked at him "You know Mika and Tiny?' she asked. he nodded "Mika was a tough female just like you, fought to help humans until she betrayed the humans to help two wolves. Wolf and Phoebe" he said "then their was that weak Sniper, Mika's mate" he said.

The Female wolf sighed "It was Mika's daughter Tiny" she said.

Jutt and the Grayish dog chuckled "well, now we have a reason to kill Mika's pups" Jutt said. The Grayish dog smiled "I can get my revenge on that female wolf Ava and the daughter of Tiny" he said

The Muscular dog let out a mighty laugh" Mika's pups should strong, so it won't be easy, but we all have ways to kill. I have strength, Jutt was smarts, Kam you have speed. and You Sam, you have your agility" he said

The female called Sam chuckled "Hey you need to know when to use it, like right now" she said then sniffed "Besides we're being watched" she said


Tiny then got scared she remember Sam "Oh no" she whispered

Ava lowered her head and growled, there was no way she would let those dumb dogs kill her and Tiny. She didn't fear them one bit, it was in her nature to protect her pack. Her fur started to bristle as she bared her teeth, she looked quite menacing.

(Hehe, yeah, I feel that way sometimes. I actually have a really mean group of chickens, two mutts and two Orpingtons. The Splash Orpington, Willow is the sweetest, but she happens to be on the bottom of the pecking order.. Then there is the Blue Orpington, Violet. She'll be nice when she wants too, but she's nearly impossible to handle. Not only that but she's really heavy!! *Sighs* But the meanest chicken in the group is Rosie, she pecks me whenever she can. Sam smiled "Tiny it's been along time since I've seen you" she said.

Jutt and The Gray dog smiled "And if Tiny's here then either Sara or Ava is here too" said Jutt "But I really hope it's Ava" he said

The Muscular dog walked in front of them "Where are you Tiny. Come out and face us. and your friend can just watch" he growled


Tiny growled, she knew she had to fight the four of them by herself, then she stood up and walked towards them.

She would do whatever it takes to protect her, which isn't something every wolf can do.

(I got Meany from a Tractor Supply so I guess she could have been from a Hatchery. Why?)

Tiny gulped, she remembered she had to protect her unborn pups too, so she wasn't going to start a fight. She walked forward and watched the four.

Jutt looked at Ava and chuckled.

The Grayish dog and The muscular dog watched.


Sam then started to walk to Tiny, then she growled looked at Tiny "Long time no see, Tiny. I wonder what you've been up to?" she said. Tiny then sat down "If you want to know Sam, I've been doing a lot of other things that you wouldn't know" she said. Sam then started to circle Tiny and growled "Really? I know a lot, and then you came and ruined it" she said. Tiny growled more "I said you could help, but no you went off and tried to kill Kag" she said in a snarl. Sam looked at Tiny "I was protecting you, I could tell he wasn't the one for you" she said

(Alright, so if she's coming from a feed store then she is indeed a hatchery bird. I was wondering because hatcheries don't care for the quality of their birds, they care more about quantity. Their birds are bred for egg-laying. Not so much for the quality or temperament. So, Meany might not actually be purebred, or just some of the important characteristics of her breed have been bred out of her.. Its a common problem in hatchery birds.)

Jutt chuckled "Did you use that bottle of life I gave you?" he asked with an evil tone.

The Grayish dog watched and smiled but didn't say anything.

The Muscular dog watched Tiny and growled "You wil pay for what your mother did" he whispered.



Sam and Tiny growled at each other. Sam then looked away then at Jutt "Jutt, you better not start a fight with that one" she said in it was something disgusting.

Tiny growled "That's my friend Ava and she's not a thing, she's a wolf" Tiny said.


"Not a wolf in my book" said The Grayish dog. The Muscular dog nodded "If she really is that strong then she's isn't consisted a wolf" he said

And many hatcheries say that their birds are bred for egg-laying. So over time the quality of the bird itself gets worse. Like, lets say they have Opringtons or Silkies. Since they both go broody often the hatchery will breed those characteristics out of them. So, most likely they won't ever go broody! During the process many of the other important traits of the breed are wiped out!)

Ava growled angrily at Sam and the others, she couldn't believe the words that were coming out of their mouths. Although she wasn't actually offended, she was just more determined to kill them all.
