Sheila jumped at Shade before the rock crushed her. She turned around to look at Willow, "get Kristina! Haylei and I will deal with this!" The bird hesitated for a moment, before she nodded and ran up the staircase to the attic.

How could she make fire? She's telekinetic, not pyrokinetic and there's no fire nearby for her to pick up with her mind.
