Dasha suddenly jumped down through the ceiling, glowing like a star. "Enough!" she cried in a voice that didn't belong to her, and that rang with unlimited power. "Release them, Thunder, or face the rath of all the Guardians that have gone before you!" Whereever the light from her coat touched the vines and fire, they withered and died. "You do not control this world, and you never will. Rainea was created as a place for all good creatures to live peacefully, and so it shall continue to be! No one animal, no matter how dark, or powerful, or clever, or wise, can conquer Rainea. This land was made to be governed peacefully by good creatures. No dark animals can ever rule this land!"
Quote: "Cairo never had complete control over Rainea. If you remember your history, he was killed by Dreed, a mouse that was part of a rebellion against him. You will never have control over Rainea because no matter what you do, the free spirit of its people cannot be extinguished. Rainea is the land of the free, and that can never be changed."
Shadow, Alana, Tulane, Suzie, and the others stared at Dasha. It wasn't her voice that was coming out of her mouth - rather, it was hundreds of voices speaking in harmony.
"You can right this wrong that you are creating, Thunder. We do not want to kill you, but you are not giving us any other choice."

Quote: "Yes, Thunder," said the voices. "We know who you are, and what you used to be. But remember this: every living thing will die. Your time is approaching. It will come much sooner than you think. But for now, we suggest that you leave before we are forced to kill you, which, as we said before, we don't want to do. Leave now."
Alketyra, Neptune, Sylvia, Attollo, and even Calliope froze, watching Dasha and Thunder."Kill me?" Thunder echoed. "You couldn't kill me. I am Thunder, the legendary guardian of the mountains!" As his wings extended, an eerie purple light shone through.
