Kate was sitting in her cell when all of the sudden, something moved inside of her. Her eyes widened in shock. "No, no... not now!" She whispered frantically, jumping to her feet and banging on the cell door. "NEPTUNE! SYLVIA! SOMEONE, LET ME OUT RIGHT NOW!"

Rocky heard her shouting from where he was hunting and ran to meet her, unsure of what she would be like. "Kate?" He asked, puzzled "Whats going on?"

"Oh thank goodness, Rocky" She panted "You gotta get me out of here, my pups..!"

Rocky's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. He ripped the door open and helped her out, leaving the dungeon and arriving back at their den. Rocky settled her into their den, padding down the snow to make a spot for her to lay down. She grit her teeth together as the contractions started, panting heavily, her breath steaming out in front of her.

Sylvia heard them and shouted at the others, "Wait!! Kate's having her pups!!!"

"I think thats it," Kate said weakly, her voice strained and exhausted. On the grass in front of her were five little bundles of white fur suckling at her belly. Three of them had wings, the other two could have passed off as regular foxes if it wasn't for the streaks of black fur that mingled with the white. They weren't as dark as Kate was, but somewhere in between her and Rocky.

"Have you named them?" Rocky asked curiously.

"No, not yet." Kate replied. "I like the names Daniel, Sandy and Amelia," Her eyes softened as she looked down at her new pups.

"Lets call the other two Matt and Krystle then," Rocky murmured. Kate smiled as Rocky lay down beside her and the pups.

"I'm fine," Shadow said. She jumped up and shook herself as Dasha ran up to them.
"Something's wrong. I think that all the Guardians have been captured!"
"That's not good," Alana said. "We should go to General Neptune. But first we need to get Tulane and Suzie. She might know what happened to them." They began running towards some fields near the bottom of the valley.

"Are you all right?" Alana asked.
"I'm fine," Shadow said. She jumped up and shook herself as Dasha ran up to them.
"Something's wrong. I think that all the Guardians have been captured!"
"That's not good," Alana said. "We should go to General Neptune. But first we need to get Tulane and Suzie. She might know what happened to them." They began running towards some fields near the bottom of the valley.

Rocky heard them outside his cave. He growled, walking out to see what the noise was.

Attollo looked at the little foxes with wonder, he wanted a family like that one day.

The pups and Kate began to drift off to sleep.
