"Yes, same to you. So, what's your name?" He asked her in the same voice."Uh...Hello." She said, smiling sweetly. "I see Snowberry accepted you. That's good. I'll look forward to getting to know you." She said, her pretty face unperturbed by the newcomer.
Web looked fearfully as Smoke huddled to the chick. "Is it breathing right?" She asked him. "Can you still feel the heart?"(She's still in Web's den with her and the near-dead chicky.)
"Mist." She said. "My mother says when I was a chick, my down was all black, but it was tipped with silver, giving me this shifting silvery sheen. Like mist!" She laughed. He was fun to talk to. She hoped they could be friends."Yes, same to you. So, what's your name?" He asked her in the same voice.
Atlas woke up. He was freezing cold since Mist's warmth had disappeared. She wasn't in the den anymore. He took a step outside in the plush snow to look for her.
"Sure!" Blossom and Aura said groggily. Luna entered the den with some hay and spread it around. she poked her head out and grabbed a beak full of worms and gave them to Topaz and her chicks.Topaz looked out at the snow. "Want me to sit with you guys?" He asked, ruffling his shiny golden neck feathers.
Eerie, in with them, picked up the chick. "She's alive. But she needs warmth." She said, rubbing the chick against her warm belly feathers.Web looked fearfully as Smoke huddled to the chick. "Is it breathing right?" She asked him. "Can you still feel the heart?"
"Thanks." He said, his handsome face crinkling up with laughter as the chicks gobbled up the worms. He ate some too."Sure!" Blossom and Aura said groggily. Rain barely stirred, but she peeked open an eye. "Hey." She rasped.Fang looked down at Rain. "Oh, Rain! Tell me you're going to be okay!" They were in someone's den, Fang didn't know who's, but Fang wouldn't leave Rain's side for anything. And the rats would'nt either.
